Perov Vasily Grigorievich.
(December 23, 1834 – May 29, 1882).
The Peredvizhnik. One of the organizers of the Itinerants’ Society of Travelling Art Exhibitions (the Peredvizhniki). His creativity was by a push for development of critical realism in Russian painting. In his products the features of Russian critical realism by this time were brightly showed. The mature foreman of a household genre and deep psychologist, Perov acts in a line of cases both as thin painter and as the author of outstanding portraits.
